What does a kids birthday party at Artsy Rose Academy include?

Every party that is in person at our studio or your location includes a “Shimmers” SNO CONE party pack and an art activity or painting. Birthday activities are based on the age of the guests. We want you to enjoy this special day with the least amount of effort required on your part, but we know you may want to add your own special touch for the birthday boy or girl kids or adults. Here are a few extras that we always provide for the party.

WE SUPPLY:

• Set-up and clean-up
• Paper goods (plates, napkins, cups, forks/spoons, tablecloths)
• Free “SHIMMERS” SNO CONES Party Pack (two flavors)
• A special gift for the birthday child

YOU SUPPLY:

• Optional: Refreshments (cake/cupcakes, ice cream, drinks, etc.)

What should you expect at our Painting Birthday Party?

• First, we gather all of the guests together for a group picture. For kids birthday parties we have a treasure chest with small costume props that they can dress up in for the picture and wear while painting. (Mom and dad, don’t be scared to join in on the fun).
• Second, we spend around 45 minutes doing an art activity.
• Third, we gather all of the guests together to open presents and we keep a list that keeps track of who each gift was from so you can send thank you notes later. You child receives their special gift from us during this time.
• Last, we will serve the sno cones and any refreshments you decided to bring with you. We provide the plates, napkins, cups, and tableware. After we eat, you’re invited to take one more group picture and they get to take their paintings with them.

Birthday Party Package Pricing:

 The birthday packages start at $230 which includes 10 painters/artists and lasts 1.75 hours. If you have more than 10 people painting (artists), it is an additional $20.00 for each person over the 10 painting guests that are included with our birthday package. We have a limit of 20 to 24 painters at the birthday party depending on their age. Sit back, relax and let us do all the work this year while you enjoy the moment with friends and family.

Virtual Birthday Parties.

Virtual parties are where we all get together on Zoom and paint. You will tell us which art kits you want your guests to paint, we ship them or deliver them locally and schedule a time to have the virtual party.

Included in the art kits for each person:

• 10×10 pre-drawn canvas
• 10 Paint Brushes for each person
• 8 to 11 paint colors
• 2 paint plates

• Private Zoom Link Password to Join party

Kits can be shipped OR picked up from Artsy Rose so that all guests have their kits before the virtual birthday party starts.

For this virtual party the guests wanted a “Custom Design” canvas for their art kits so they sent us the picture so we could draw it on all of their art kits for them to paint. Then people from all over the country like California, Hawaii and Nevada joined the virtual party.
