Shipping Fulfillment policy
It’s important to note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup.
If there are any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will notify the email on file of any such issues.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently only ship to the United States of America and you are offered priority mail options during checkout.

where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. During checkout you are presented with the option to pick up the products from our local studio or future local locations. You will also be able to select a day and time during checkout that works for your schedule.
Our in-store pickup hours are vary but are clearly visible during checkout. So the day and time you choose during checkout will be the day and you’re your order is ready for pick up. We will always send you an email confirmation when the order is ready. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come either visible on your phone or a printed copy. Either will work.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only can ship to any state or city in the United States of America until further notice.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use USPS to ship all products via priority mail and they do at this time allow deliveries to P.O. boxes. We will require a signature if shipping to a P.O. box which could delay the time it takes for you to receive the art kit in your hands. So we would prefer you choose a physical address or be sure you have someone available to sign for you at your P.O. box location.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All fulfillment polices and terms of service will also apply to Artsy Rose Shop LLC. orders.
